3.1.1 and 3.2.0 displays the database information correctly, 3.2.1 DOES NOT!
My database uses HSQL.
In ALL cases I am using exactly the same database source file (on a thumbdrive)
which I read using different versions of base.
3.1.1 -- on a Windows XP PC.
3.2.0 -- Linux Mint 9 from a thumb drive
3.2.1 -- Linux Mint 10 on a laptop.
If I use base from 3.1.1 or 3.2.0 everything is correct. If I use base from
3.2.1, the data presented from tables, forms, and reports is "screwed-up". For
3.2.1, all entries for a particular genus are shown as DUPLICATES -- duplicates
of the first entry for the genus!; this is not what I see when I use 3.1.1 or
3.2.0!! I have sample output from all 3 cases (3.1.1, 3.2.0, and 3.2.1) listed
below. (Simple cut and paste failed to preserve the report layout, but its
fairly readable)
I can send the sources pdf files (with proper formatting) for someone to look
at. I can probably make a simpler version of my database for someone to use for
testing.
