Not sure, I suppose we should lean towards doing so somehow. In practice, 
there is very little reason to ever use anything but a handful of these. 
There are an awful lot of them however, so I'd hate to spew all that 
into the already large docs. Maybe there is a page we can point people to?
Open to ideas here. See the top of Pg.pm for the current list:

hm....do we have a web interface to the subversion code? We should probably 
sort out all the subversion/mailing list issues before the next release.
