I just wanted to add that DashProfiler can be a little tricky to wrap your head around, especially as the version on CPAN has very little docs.
I'm working on a new version, with much better docs, which I hope to release this week. Meanwhile, I've just written a first draft of a user guide that tries to put all the pieces into context: http://dashprofiler.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/lib/DashProfiler/UserGuide.pm Tim. p.s. This is a little off-topic. On the other hand DashProfiler is built on DBI::Profile, so that's my excuse.
