DBDPG_MAINTAINER exists so I don't have to answer questions about why the test suite does not work :) I can't perfectly well use PGDATABASE because if I did, and I dropped the 'test' table, that might be bad. Really bad. So at the very least I would have to insist that you make a dbdpgtest database. -jwb
