It's a little tricky as it's an external tool that's bundled with DBD::Oracle. The external tool is known as explain, as the docs say, but DBD::Oracle chooses to install it as ora_explain (less likely to conflict with anything else). So I don't want to make bulk edits to docs that I don't 'own' (so to speak). I'll talk to Alan Burlison, the author, about the current status. Tim.
