WARNING: This version has some subtle changes in DBI internals.
It's possible, though doubtful, that some may affect your code.
I recommend some extra testing before using this release.

This time, apart from a double-check on windows, I'd really appreciate
people installing it and then building and testing other drivers.
Especially drivers which support multiple result sets.

p.s. I'm only sending this to dbi-dev as there have been a whole bunch
more changes (mostly from running DBD::mysql's test suite via gofer)
so there's a risk of new problems.
