Well it is finally here the 'two bit' version of DBD::Oracle 1.25

Any and all testing will be most welcome!

The big add in this time is support for DRCP (Database Resident Connection
Pool) if you happen to be using 11g or later

As well 'get_info' has been greatly expanded
