In the DBI repro there are several "forward looking" docs:

    TASKS.pod      -  55 lines - 2006-09-26
    TODO_2005.txt  - 508 lines - 2005-03-22
    Roadmap.pod    - 394 lines - 2004-11-12

There are clearly all out of date and sometimes also inconsistent.

Some consolidation, review, and editorial work is needed.
Anyone fancy tackling that?
