Cast test updates
• No JSON::XS with perl 5.22.0 or newer, as JSON::XS requires
Canary::Stability with refuses any build on 5.22.0 onwards
Every available JSON::XS on 5.22.0 is either a patched version
or a cloak of Cpanel::JSON::XS
• Made the Data::Peek tests a bit easier to follow
• Formatted the tests to easier see the purpose
• Used consistent quotation for value to convert
