I'm using procmail, and used to use
Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Now I use
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Which distinguishes between a copy sent to me directly, and a copy
sent via the list. But I'm not a fan of the Unsubscribe header :(
