Need to reinstall mySQl

Hi Dbi 'ers and Perlsters,

I accidenatlly took out the admin root privs out of the user permissions
table, I know very smart, and anyhow I was reinstering back in when I lost
telnet.

Any How, I have to r install I beleive if I am to get Mysql working or is 
there a simple way to get back admin privs.

I used a linux cobalt distribution , On re install it says its already 
installed . What hould be deleted for the re install to work?
