Hmmn. This appears to be normal. The tests are only faling on data_sources
and ping methods so
the driver should be able to be used otherwise.

Perhaps this needs someone to look at iODBC, or a different approach to the
implementation in DBD::ODBC. Not really for this discussion. Simply note
that you cannot use these methods in your code.
