I'm wanting to access a Remote Database Oracle in my network. The database
Oracle is a machine windows...
I'm trying to configure DBD-Oracle1.08, but It's show error...
# perl Makefile.PL

Especially if you have any problems.
The ORACLE_HOME environment variable must be set.
It must be set to hold the path to an Oracle installation directory
on this machine (or a machine with a compatible architecture).
See the README.clients file for more information.

I don't have installed the libraries of Oracle or the Client Oracle .
Would I like to know where i can do dowload the libraries of Oracle or the
Client Oracle ?
