I think I may point you to WebMonkey's tutorial, it covers the basics
pretty well, though it's not specifically aimed at Windows. Oh well.

And then there's the Perl DBI book, which, although it contains not much
more than the online docs, still gives you a quick and thorough
introduction on the matter. Furthermore check out the links at the DBI
homepage: <http://dbi.symbolstone.org> (some info on that book, too).
Hmm... I guess you must have seen that page, or you probably wouldn't
