Will SQLMinus be capable of doing 'breaks' and 'compute sum'?

The report formatting abilities of SQL*Plus are hard to beat. 

Perl is great for many things, but SQL*Plus is still much much better
at some aspects of report formatting.  I've used Perl to write a driver
to SQL*Plus for just that reason.

It would be wonderful to have all of those capabilities available
as pure Perl.
