I was wondering about this too, but then I saw that DBD::ADO was pure perl, and so didn't need to be compiled, and installs just fine the normal way, i.e.,perl Makefile.PL/make/make test/make install, but s/make/nmake/, and first get nmake.exe from MSDN.
