I did it with WinMe and WinXP :-).

How did you install DBD::AnyData?
It requires many modules. and you might have no VC++.
So you need to take some steps.

1) Install these modules with PPM :
-DBI
-DBD::CSV

2) Get distributions from CPAN and install with nmake:
#Recently, I usually use CPAN.pm.
-AnyData
-DBD::AnyData
