How to install DBI in Windows 2000

Hi 
    I want to use perl to connect Oracle DBI from my PC ( windows 2000). 
But I can't use it.I think it necessary to install DBI . 
    What kind of  DBI modules I should have and  Where can I get these 
modules( for windows 2000)? 
    your support would be highly appreciated.
