I am trying to build Oracle::DBD module with oracle 9i 32 libraries on a machine where both oracle 9i and 8.2 are installed. How would I setup environment so that make files uses oracle 9i 32 bit version of libraries and also DBD module can find correct libraries at run time? after searching over internet for the answer, I am posting this to this group in case anybody has answer to this.
