Since I don't have a MacOS X system I can't test any of this
or reliably do any integration work.

But I would like to see better MacOS X support included in
the DBD::Oracle distribution.

So, I'm looking for a volunteer to work on this. Any offers?

Firstly, I'd really like the 'build rule discovery' process to work
for MacOS X, or at least have a very good understanding of why it
can't be used. (Don't Oracle ship buildable examples on MacOS X?)
Secondly, the removable_symbols_dbd_create.pl logic can be integrated
into Makefile.PL. Thirdly, ... anything else to make life easier...
