I run DBD::Pg 1.22 on a windows host successfully.  I initially tried
DBD::PgPP and found it buggy.  The Pg installation took a fair amount of
fussing but runs very well. -Alec

I have no idea how DBD::Pg will behave on Windows. I don't think any of
the current developers use Windows, and we have not received any
Windows-specific bugs or requests in a very long time. We would
love to have some people get the Windows portion started up again.
There is a very old Windows README in the DBD::Pg distribution that
may be a good starting point for anyone interested in trying it out.
