If you're willing to upgrade to Perl 5.8.x, then you can use the
latest available version of DBD-DB2 from
http://ftp.esoftmatic.com/DBI/ (it's okay to install the 5.8.4 version
of DBD-DB2 on Perl 5.8.7).
