Hi Tim-- I'm having problems building DBD::Oracle with the new Oracle Express product (see http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/xe/index.html). This is a new distribution that installs nicely on Linux via a single RPM.
During the building process I'm getting an error: "Unable to locate an oracle.mk, proc.mk or other suitable *.mk file in your Oracle installation. " These files are apparently used for Oracle Pro*C. Have you come across this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks, --Ethan
