The free version of DBD::Teradata is available on CPAN. While it does support the usual "perl Makefile.PL/nmake/nmake install" sequence, it is also possible to simply unpack the bundle and copy the Teradata.pm file directly to your \Perl\site\lib\DBD directory since it is a pure Perl driver.
