It's 16 seconds after clicking Test before the dialog box pops up asking for the password. That may well be a Window-inspired delay of course. Then, after entering the pw and clicking OK, it's usually < 1 sec. However on the first test after booting, after clicking OK it was around 7 .. 8 seconds (sound familiar?)
