You will have to install the DBD::Oracle perl module befoer you can use it. http://search.cpan.org/~pythian/DBD-Oracle-1.21/Oracle.pm
so far you only have DBI or th Data Base Interface you need a Data Base Driver to make it actually connect ot a DB.
