I am not sure what exactly you are doing here.
By seeing message I can say two things.
1) You have not installed the listed cpan modules (Buffer.pm etc ).
2) If modules are installed already then there is a possibility that, you have
not given correct path in your Perl script where CPAN Modules are installed.
Eg : #!/usr/bin/perl5.8.0/bn/perl etc ....... Just a example I mentioned here.
