The DBI PPM works fine for me. Did you try installing it using ppm?

Guess your problem is building the DB2 driver, DBD::DB2, not the DBI.
Never used DB2, so can't help you there.

You could increase your chances of getting help by providing exact
detail. So far, it's up to the reader to guess just what might be
your problem.
