Hey all - New to the list, but not new to Oracle or DBD::Oracle. I opened an issue yesterday (https://github.com/perl5-dbi/DBD-Oracle/issues/180) and today, I built the latest Perl, DBI, and DBD::Oracle and replicated the issue. Before adding all that noise to the github issue, I'm curious 1. if this project is still active and 2. is github the proper place to report issues (vs this email list, which the README also references).
