Anyone who's got the time and inclination, could you please test out the following two packages w/ your DBIC installation?
http://dtmf.com/Algorithm-C3-0.05.tar.gz
http://dtmf.com/Class-C3-0.13.tar.gz
They represent yet another incremental reduction in DBIC start times. This isn't on CPAN yet, I just want to get some feedback first on whether it breaks anyone, just in case.
