I created the initial ordered-handle-updates branch, but Ned/Neil
added some functionality. I'm happy to help with anything that
needs to be tested or corrected in this branch. After the initial
coding I never heard back from the module author and was content to
use it internally.
Please check over what's now in -current then and make sure we didn't
mess anything up in the process of getting it merged.
