When applying feature patches to trunk I prefer doing it immediately after
a point release so those of us who run off trunk get a chance to break it
before everybody else gets it installed - it's not nearly as thorough as
being part of an xx000 RC cycle but it's better than nothing.
I'll trunk your patch as soon as we ship 08003 proper.
