I added some more Wiki entries. The header caching discussion has been built out some more (including what I felt to have been the conclusions reached on the which-headers-to-cache question: by default, all of them). A ToDoList has been added, currently filled in from the CVS ToDoList (should probably stay in sync with the CVS list).
The Wiki is a pretty neat way to add an editorial feel to a discussion that's taken place on the mailing list. Please add to it if you've had a good discussion here that you think should be remembered! Aaron
