[Dbmail-dev] maxdb support

Since MaxDB is finally available, which provides a much more secure, stable, faster solution than mysql and pgsql, I think I am going to do the following A) finish my ODBC driver for dbmail B) write a MaxDB driver or C) Do both. All options seem quite possible :)
