I hope not, because if it does I'm just going to have to use something
else.

I wanted to work DBMail into the system that I'm working on explicitly
because I wouldn't have to be root to do all of the admin work.  Taking
this feature out will make DBMail just like
Sendmail/Procmail+local/IMAP4 (in many, but not all ways) so far as I am
concerned, and would therefore, with the relatively small userbase I'd
be working with, be of no extra use.
