Internally we can zoom in on a particular header. The database can't do this without complex regexp matching. If that is too difficult or expensive this issue should be put on hold until we implement a separate headers table.

Yes, but it looks like any more complex of a query takes so much longer
that it might be faster to just retrieve this header, parse it, and then
determine if it matches the search spec or not.
