I went through and escaped everything I could find in dbmail_2_0_branch. I've also got code for HEAD that I thought I committed already, but I guess I didn't. Will get on that this week. Please test that this really is fixed in dbmail_2_0_branch -- I only tested that it works with deliveries, not with IMAP.
