Quick to a file:

  dbmail-users -x '@yourdomain' -t '| cat >> /tmp/yourdomain'

If that's all you want to do, then create a directory like
/var/spool/dbmail and give the username you run dbmail as permissions to
it. If you want mbox format, use ! (bang) instead of | (pipe) in the
forward.
