Just to keep you posted about some of the progress I'm making.
I've integrated headertable support in dbmail-util as of today.
Converting my main database ~82000 physmessages took me
real 7m13.824s
user 1m10.300s
sys 0m25.620s
That's 7 minutes !!! Yeah baby, yeah.
Of course, that's on mysql-innodb. Postgres will be significantly slower. Will
time tomorrow.
