I have now :-)

dbmail-smtp -u username was broken because a deliver-to header was
always assumed.

btw, I've finally renamed deliver-to to delivered-to as it was always
meant to be.

And Mike: dbmail on amd64 is *fast* indeed :-) About time someone
started doing benchmarks on this stuff.
