I don't like injections (as in doktor)
But I do like mail-delivery.
dbmail-deliver is my choice.

Postfix: postdrop
Sendmai: sendmail -args
exim: exim -args
I happen to like dbmail-inject, but that's probably because I come
from
a qmail background (shudder).
