  Fire ip imapproxyd, it should take care of that issue for you.

  Yes, it could.  I know there's been talk/thoughts of rate limitting
connections, probably even per-user login limitting, etc. .. but I don't
think anything's been implimented yet.  (Paul?)  It'd be in the usermap
capabilities if anywhere, but I think that's down the road some.
