If you're using an all-LMTP delivery chain (that is, if amavis is receiving LMTP from Postfix and speaking LMTP to DBMail) then the over-quota status code should propagate back to Postfix.
If you're using a pipe based delivery chain, it should be possible to get the sysexits codes to propagate, but somehow I find this less likely. See /usr/include/sysexits.h on your system. There's nothing there for over-quota. I think some systems might have suggested it for code 79, but this is not standard. It would be nice to have, though.
