The following issue has been SUBMITTED. ====================================================================== http://www.dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=393 ====================================================================== Reported By: aaron Assigned To: aaron ====================================================================== Project: DBMail Issue ID: 393 Category: PIPE delivery (dbmail-smtp) Reproducibility: always Severity: minor Priority: normal Status: assigned target: ====================================================================== Date Submitted: 09-Aug-06 18:34 CEST Last Modified: 09-Aug-06 18:34 CEST ====================================================================== Summary: Destination mailbox from commandline is overridden by Sieve script Description: Calling dbmail-smtp -u user -m mailbox does not stop the normal delivery chain from calling up a Sieve script and doing something else with the message. I believe that it makes more sense that if a mailbox is specified on the command line that it overrides whatever Sieve script might be present. I am not sure if this makes sense or not. Need to think about it some more.
Better yet, there ought to be a new command line option to not run a Sieve script -- basically, some option to always force a normal delivery. This probably makes the most sense. ====================================================================== Issue History Date Modified Username Field Change ====================================================================== 09-Aug-06 18:34 aaron New Issue 09-Aug-06 18:34 aaron Status new => assigned 09-Aug-06 18:34 aaron Assigned To => aaron ======================================================================
