The function g_mkdir_with_parents is from glib2-2.8. I'll implement a
dbmail-native version so we can use glib2-2.6

Thanks Paul.  However, for me I upgraded the version of glib2 to 
glib2-2.10.3-1 which seems to have fixed the compile problem. I did this 
by getting the SRPM from Fedora 5 and recompiling on CentOS, seems to 
have worked OK.
