These messages no longer appear in 2.2.1.

I couldn't add a note to the resolved issue in the bugtracker.
Anyway, I still get these messages with 2.2.1:

As you see they come in pairs. There are no other messages from imap4d.
This is only level 2, if you need a level 5 then I'll do that tomorrow
when people are using the server, but please tell so first. I have about
20 MS Outlook clients and 10 Thunderbirds and Outlook Expresses.
As with the original reporter, I have no complaints, everything works
fine. Ideas?
