We use sieve for that. A web interface where user's can forward mails,
set vacation messages and setup filter's for their mailboxes, all done
via simple forms for the user. The php page generates the sieve script
and inserts it directly into msyql.
The webpage also has dspam stats.
Manipulating the dbmail_aliases table is not very convenient. When using
sieve, all the table contains are "alias -> user_idnr" and nothing else.
