Summary: APPEND doesn't send EXISTS
Description:
EXISTS is never sent when APPENDing to a selected mailbox:
x append inbox {10}
+ OK gimme that string
From: foo
x OK APPEND completed
x noop
* 44 RECENT
* 91 FETCH (FLAGS (\Recent))
x OK NOOP completed
BTW. imaptest also shows some other errors and I can easily cause it to
crash the whole dbmail server: imaptest clients=2 list=0 status=0 takes
about 5 seconds.
BTW2. It would be helpful to include a link to libzdb somewhere in the web
site and documentation. Took a while to find it.

I've fixed the EXISTS response after APPEND.
btw, I can't reproduce the crash you mention on my HEAD code using the
latest imaptest.
btw2, I've updated INSTALL to include a link to libzdb.
