I have tried building by hand, and I have checked the INSTALL file and double-checked that all the dependencies are in place.

However, both 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 have this problem. Platform is x86 (forgive my error, please, I don't know how to change it in the report above or even if that's possible at all). Also, I marked it as minor just because it's my first bug and I don't know how the score goes.
