Upgrade your autoconf.  I've upgraded to 2.63 on a CentOS 5.3 server to get 
around the problem.

You will also need to upgrade gmime and glib2 too if you are using CentOS.  I 
used gmime 2.2.23 and glib2 2.20.3.

I got the dbmail git compiled but I am having problems with messages being 
stored correctly.  Trying to compile more information to troubleshoot.
